"I had been looking for a few month's for a dirt bike after getting hooked again on riding over the holidays. I had a quad racer in college, but it's been awhile since I've been back on the dirt again. I called on quite a few different bikes posted on Craigs list and Cycletrader and dealt with a lot of flakey people. I came across Hollister Motor Sports ad for a Honda dirt bike and called down and talked to Seth and threw out an offer. Mark called me right back and accepted the offer, that was very fair. I had been dealing with this particular model enough that I knew what a good price was. Mark was honest, no non-sense, and a pleasure to work with. The bike was super clean and had been checked over and serviced. It was a 2007 that was as close to new as I could have imagined. The friend who helped me to look for bikes thought I got a sweet deal. When I was going over the paperwork with Mark, Seth was out loading up my bike for me. These guys were professional and followed up right away with some extra paperwork that was needed. Don't assume you pay more going through a dealer versus some chump off the street looking to unload their bike. I would recommend Hollister Motor Sports to anyone looking for a bike. "

My wife and I have 50 people working for us, and even though our priority is customers service, it's a challenge to get everyone of them on the same page every day. Be thankful, you have great shop with a great bunch of guys. I'm in the customer service business, so I know good service when I see it. The service you provide and your attitude toward your customers won't go un rewarded. I pray that your business grows and thrives regardless of the economy, and that you, the people at your shop and your family are blessed because of it.

"THEY DID IT AGAIN !!!!
Fourteen months ago, after checking every single dealer in Monterey, Seaside, Salinas, Santa Cruz, and Gilroy, I finally found Hollister Motor Sports. Of course, searching for the best price possible. At that time, I bought a 2007 Kawasaki 900 and loved it. Recently, with the advise of these two brothers, Chris & Mark, I traded up to a 2008 Kawasaki 1600. What a fantastic bike. !!
I want to mention how professional, charismatic, honest, dedicated and knowledgeable, these two brothers are.
I've returned to Hollister Motorsports several times for regular service and upgrades to my bike. By the way, they have a fabulous sports shop. I just want to say Thank you to Yvonne in Service for all her help & kindness, Dennis for his mecanical expertise, and all the great staff that work for Mark & Chris.

"over the 35 years I have had a motorcyle license I have been to many a bike shop, it used to be that when you would enter people would be friendly, hoping you'd spend a few dollars ( or more ) on parts, supplies or even a new ride. Until I met Mark + Chris and some of their staff I thought those days were over. All of the other bike shops I have been to over the last five years seem to have this; "We're doing you a favor by letting you spend your money here attitude." What a pleasure it is doing buisness with people who want your business. The courtesy, honest, straightforward and genuineness that Mark and Chris display is rarely found in the sales and service community today. "Well where shall I start. We have gotten our whole toy set up with Chris. From the bikes, the riding gear, the toy hauler and now a truck to pull the trailer! Wow...the complete set up thanks to Chris! Ya know I still dont like you Chris! LOL I love all the guys (and ladies) down there. They see us comin and they're all "Oh no here they come again!" "My experiance started before I knew I would need parts. Driving into the riding park Fri. evening nearly 7 pm and they were just closing...as I drove by Mark , one of the owners, smiled and waved as I went by. I thought that was very kool. Long story short , next day I need parts. Mark jumped in his car and drove around town trying to find the part for me that he didnt have in stock.....that is service. Parts guy (I hate to use the term, it doesnt do him justice) "J" Dog...I hope thats right bro, is one of the most knowledgable guys I have ever spoke with at a shop....and I could go on.
